At Gallagher we believe that investment in R&D and a concerted innovation pathway are an essential component of who we are and why we are successful. Each year Gallagher re-invests at least 15 percent of our revenue back into research and development, ensuring it remains a core part of our commitment to ‘protect what matters most’.

Our ‘secure by design’ approach means we have a dedicated Research & Development team whose focus is on cyber-security, improving product development, and monitoring for vulnerabilities.

This ensures that Gallagher’s customers, critical infrastructure or not, have peace of mind knowing that their security solution is designed and tested by a responsible, government-approved manufacturer.

Underpinning this in recent years has been the business-wide uptake of key programs including Team Alchemy and Better ways of Working (BWOW).

  • Dialogue and sound processes

The introduction of BWOW in 2021 has involved the setting up of key frameworks and structures for us to form adaptive and collaborative, customer centric teams that can deliver brilliant customer outcomes while giving employees better days at work. It covers both the behaviors and mindsets, as well as the practices the Gallagher team adopt.

We know from our ‘My Employee Experience Surveys’ that our people already think Gallagher is an awesome place to work but we believe that there is always more that can and should be done. Both Team Alchemy and BWOW programs reflect this intent.
