BertBus Certificates Creation

Incorrect type of Gallagher Controller ("BertBus") Certificate being generated during Command Centre installation.

Unintended reversion of the Gallagher Controller ("BertBus") Certificate creation process during in Command Centre installation led to RSA2048 certificates being used rather than ECDSA (P384) SHA256 certificates (as specified in the Gallagher Command Centre Cryptography guide). This has now been resolved, and sites that upgrade to Command Centre 9.30+ will automatically have replacement certificates of the correct type automatically generated during upgrade.
