Tiers and Benefits

Gallagher Care Plan has four tiers, with each unlocking further benefits. Across the four tiers, you’ll have access to a variety of added value: ranging from an additional warranty and free online training, up to dedicated training days and the chance to be a part of our Product Engagement Program.

Product

Software Upgrades

Ensure your system stays up to date with the latest features and developments including security enhancements.

Additional Warranty

Care Plan customers are eligible to receive an additional 5 year warranty on Gallagher-manufactured electronic products, provided the products meet the requirements of the Gallagher 5-year warranty.

Training

Online Operator

Care Plan customers will receive unlimited registrations to Gallagher's Online Operator Training course, ensuring operators learn the fundamental skills necessary to operate a Gallagher system. Access to online operator training will streamline your customer onboarding and enablement process and reduce time spent on site.

Online Administrator

Care Plan customers will receive unlimited registrations to Gallagher's Online Administrator Training course. This course gives system administrators the skills and confidence to manage their Gallagher system with greater independence in daily operations.

Advanced Administrator

Customers in tier two and above will receive unlimited registrations to our Advanced Administrator course. This course builds and expands on the material presented in the Online Administrator course and gives operators the opportunity to learn how to use some of the more advanced Command Centre features to enhance day-to-day site management and security operations.

Classroom Training (pre-scheduled)

Customers in tier three will have two seats to attend scheduled classroom training facilitated by one of our knowledgeable trainers, with small class sizes, hands on experience with Gallagher product, and real-world scenarios. Tier four care plan customers will receive their classroom training through a dedicated training day.

Dedicated Training Day

Customers in tier four can schedule a dedicated training facilitated by a Gallagher Trainer. Programs can be either one of Gallagher’s standard end-user training courses or tailored to site requirements.

Advisory Services

System Review

To support tier three and four customers with tailored system optimization, a Gallagher solution advisor will be available to conduct a review of your Gallagher security system to ensure you're operating efficiently, utilizing functionality, and are cyber secure.

Gallagher Advisors

Customer in tiers two to four can engage with Gallagher advisors for their long-term planning, enabling preventative activities and ensuring that their Gallagher system is fully optimized.

Development

Product Engagement Programme

As part of growing our product engagement with channel and customers, Tier 4 Care Plan customers will join our development team for online workshops and webinars to gain insight into upcoming features and releases and provide feedback about their future needs.

Development License

Care Plan customers can request a Command Centre development license, which can be used to test upgrades and new configurations without the worry of testing in a live environment.
