The Gallagher Access Operator course is entirely centred on the Command Centre platform utilising the latest software version.

The course is designed to provide basic training and cover fundamental skills necessary to operate a Gallagher system.

Topics include:

• Logging in to Command Centre
• Understanding Viewer Panels
• Tile Toolboxes for Viewers
• Cardholder management
• Contextual reporting
• Alarm Management
• The Monitor Site Viewer.

The course concludes with a practical simulation enabling students to configure a number of pre-determined exercises in a safe training environment to aid comprehension and develop skills.
