"We’re inspired by the momentum” - Gallagher Security reflects on a stellar ISC West 2025

CANTON, GA – With over 29,000 attendees walking the showroom floor, ISC West 2025 marked another eventful year for the security industry and a standout event for the Gallagher Security team. 

Gallagher’s booth was busier than ever before as attendees packed in to experience the manufacturer's latest innovations, reconnect with familiar faces, and engage in thoughtful conversations about what’s next for security.  

“Every year the energy in our booth grows, the relationships deepen, and the conversations get sharper,” reflects Melissa Vidakovic, Director of Marketing – the Americas. “The quality of those conversations really stood out to me this year – there’s a shared sense that the industry is ready to challenge the status quo and embrace what’s possible.” 

That changing attitude was exemplified by the Gallagher booth’s clear showstopper, QuickSwitch, which made its debut at this year’s event. Designed to give businesses a streamlined, simplified migration pathway from legacy systems to Gallagher’s world-class security solution, QuickSwitch drew large crowds throughout the show.  

“We knew QuickSwitch was going to disrupt the show, but I was encouraged by how much the solution resonated with those who stopped to chat with our team,” says Vidakovic. “It’s a simple concept, but it unlocks an unbelievable amount of value, which is what we heard repeated back to us over and over throughout the week.” 

Chief Executive Mark Junge believes the recognition of value delivered by QuickSwitch reflects a sea change in how Gallagher Security is seen in the Americas region.

The first full display of the complete Controller 7000 family also generated buzz, with booth visitors able to see Gallagher’s flexible, cyber-resilient platform up close. Real-world customer stories helped bring it all to life, with hands-on demos showing how Gallagher solutions solve challenges across sectors from critical infrastructure to education and beyond.
