Gallagher Security strengthens Indian technical team with two key appointments

India - In line with its continued investment in regional growth and technical excellence, global security leader Gallagher Security is pleased to announce the appointments of Dhiraj Hakke and Thilagan K as Technical Account Managers, based in Chennai.

These appointments support Gallagher’s mission to strengthen customer experience and deepen technical support across India.

Dhiraj joins Gallagher with over 16 years of experience in the biometrics and electronic security industry, having previously held key roles at Anviz Global, Invixium Access, Cynosure, and Solus Security Systems.

He has degrees in international business management and information technology, and brings deep expertise in access control, time attendance solutions, technical solution design, and project management. His collaborative approach with OEMs, integrators, distributors, and End Users will be instrumental in driving scalable, customer-focused solutions.

Joining alongside Dhiraj, Thilagan brings more than 13 years of experience across IT, technical support, and project management, with previous positions at Elenium Automation, Defsys Solutions, Precision Information, and CMS Info System.

With both new appointments reporting directly to Deneshkumar, Gallagher is continuing to invest in local expertise to support its customers and Channel Partners across India.
