Gold Coast, Australia – Gallagher Security is pleased to announce several strategic appointments that reinforce the global security manufacturer’s commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and partners across Australia.
Craig Schutte, Executive Vice President for APAC and IMEA, says these appointments reflect Gallagher’s continued focus on building a unified, client-centric approach that drives growth and resilience.

Key Account Management team
After joining the Gallagher Australia team in 2025, Jake Kearns has been promoted to National Key Accounts Leader. Reporting to Scott Johnstone, National Sales Manager, Jake will lead the Australian team’s national approach to key accounts, partnering closely with state-based teams to strengthen delivery and growth.
Craig says this newly created role also oversees the continued management and expansion of Gallagher’s High Security, Perimeter, and SMB portfolios.
“As high-security and perimeter solutions increasingly converge, Gallagher has integrated these offerings under a unified strategy.”
Craig notes that Jake’s expertise in the local market coupled with his long-standing relationships, leadership experience, and knowledge of Gallagher’s suite of products makes him a strong fit to lead the new team.
“Under Jake’s leadership, the High Security function will now sit within the Key Account Management team, ensuring these specialised solutions are deeply embedded in our strategic account approach,” says Craig.
To further bolster the new team, Andrew Myssonski has been appointed High Security & Federal Manager.
“Andrew will lead the national High Security & Federal portfolio, working with regional leaders and our partners to expand capability and execution across Australia,” explains Craig.
“Andrew brings extensive expertise in physical security and enterprise technology, and his strong regional insight and commitment to technical excellence will play a key role in supporting Gallagher’s partners and customers nationwide.”
Senior Business Development Manager, Victoria/Tasmania
“We are also proud to welcome Rak Senaratna to the Gallagher team as Senior Business Development Manager, reporting to Neil Jarvis in our Victoria/Tasmania region,” says Craig.
Rak brings over 30 years of experience in the electronic security industry, spanning service, installation, project management, and sales.
“With a long-standing connection to Gallagher technology, Rak has successfully delivered many large-scale projects featuring complex integrations, demonstrating his depth of engineering knowledge and commitment to outstanding outcomes for customers and partners,” says Craig.
