Easier access to the product knowledge you need

Non-sensitive product and technical documentation is moving out from behind the Channel Partner login and onto a new, AI-searchable platform. General product knowledge, like how to configure, operate and troubleshoot our products, will become easier to search and find, wherever you're looking for answers, while security-sensitive, pricing-related and confidential content stays protected behind your login.

What this means for you:

A more consistent, intuitive experience when you're searching for information, whether that's for your own reference or to help a customer with the same question. The improved search makes it quicker to find what you need, when you need it, freeing you up to focus on what only you can do.

Investing in our training infrastructure

We've been quietly strengthening the backbone of our training systems. What used to run from just two locations now spans four regions, with the flexibility to spin up additional capacity in new AWS data centres whenever it's needed.

What this means for you:

Faster, more reliable access to virtual classrooms and online training environments, with less lag and fewer connection headaches, no matter where you're logging in from. As demand grows in new areas, we can respond quickly rather than waiting on infrastructure to catch up.

Training that keeps pace with our products

We've set a clear internal benchmark: every major product release should come with supported learning content to match. It's a standard we're holding ourselves to, not just an aspiration, and you'll have seen it in action already with our recent Kenai release, which launched alongside new supporting course content.

What this means for you:

Less time spent figuring things out on your own, and more confidence getting up to speed on new features as soon as they land. As we roll out more releases, this library of release-aligned training will keep growing.

Command Centre's user experience is set to evolve

Our product team has been working on a program to modernise the Command Centre user experience. Rather than a single new release, expect this to happen gradually, with new and improved parts of the interface rolling out over time for the platform you and your customers use every day.

What this means for you:

A Command Centre that gradually becomes easier to navigate and demonstrate, with the learning curve for new users shrinking as improvements land, and a stronger product to sell along the way. We'll share more details as the program develops.

A new space to practice, risk-free

We've completed work on our free play practice environment and are preparing for a full release in the near future. It gives you a safe space to practice configuring and setting up Command Centre, with no risk to live systems.

What this means for you:

A no-risk space to build your confidence with configuration and setup, whether that's trying out a new feature before rolling it out to a customer or helping a new team member learn the ropes. We'll share more details on full release timing soon.
