Leading manufacturer of integrated security solutions, Gallagher, has announced the appointment of Nico Smit and Tarryn Fortune to their growing South African team. Joining Gallagher as Technical Business Development Managers, Nico and Tarryn will be supporting Gallagher’s Channel Partners and customers across the region.
Nico comes to Gallagher with 16 years of experience in technical security roles, from sales and design to general management, while Tarryn brings a background in business development and key account management to the role.
“We’re excited to welcome Nico and Tarryn to our team,” says Morne Grobler, Group Operations Officer for Gallagher Africa. “We value enduring relationships with our partners and customers, and the skills and experience both Nico and Tarryn bring ensures we can further support our networks to protect what matters most."
Gallagher team member Lee Smyth has also been promoted to Technical Manager. Lee joined Gallagher in 2015 and has been instrumental in leading several key projects.
Nico and Tarryn began their new roles on 2 May 2022.
