Gallagher and ASSA ABLOY create safe and accessible environments for residents

Award-winning security manufacturer, Gallagher, is partnering with ASSA ABLOY, a global leader in door opening solutions, to showcase their latest technology at the New Zealand Aged Care Association & Retirement Villages Association Annual Summit 2022, taking place in Christchurch from August 22 – 25.

Gallagher, together with their technology partner, ASSA ABLOY, are helping meet the needs of Aged Care providers with the Gallagher Aperio integration, more specifically with the Aperio AU100 Lock featuring internal lever monitoring. Through this integration, if the resident does not leave the room within a configurable time, the facility is alerted through an alarm in Gallagher’s Command Centre, providing a timely reminder for staff to check on those residents who may need help.
