Mark Junge
Chief ExecutiveMark leads the global Gallagher Security team and is responsible for our strategic long-term development and growth. He joined Gallagher in 2006 and has rich experience across all areas of the business from procurement and supply chain to services, support, and technology integrations. Mark is passionate about ensuring we keep our customers at the heart of Gallagher's products now and into the future.
Meredith Palmer
Chief Product OfficerMeredith is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, design, and development roadmap for Gallagher Security’s solutions. Meredith joined Gallagher in April 2020 and has over 20 years of experience in marketing, product management, strategy, and innovation. She also has a Senior Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School.
Scott Elliott
Executive Vice President – The AmericasScott leads the Gallagher Security teams across the United States, Canada, and Latin America and has over 30 years’ experience in security technology leadership positions. With expertise across risk management, compliance, and strategy, Scott is passionate about leaving the world safer and more secure than we found it.
Craig Schutte
Executive Vice President – APAC and IMEAWith over 30 years in the security industry (24 of those at Gallagher), Craig’s leadership style revolves around building teams and structures that allow room for individuality, where everyone can contribute their strengths in the best possible way. This approach has led to his team driving considerable growth in revenue over the past five years.
Richard Huison
Regional General Manager – UK and EuropeRichard’s security industry journey started in high security, working with clients in the military, government, banking, and infrastructure sectors. Today, he leads our team of security experts in the UK and Europe with a focus on nurturing long-lasting customer relationships and the provision of highly innovative security solutions to some of the UK and Europe’s most critical sites.
Rachel Wright-St Clair
Chief Operations OfficerRachel heads up the Sales Order Management, Pricing and Performance, and Business Process teams and is the global finance lead for Security. She and her team help deliver commercial and business insights and coordinate planning, budgeting, and performance reporting, enabling timely and effective decision making and contributing towards the execution of the Security strategy.
Merv Williams
Chief Marketing OfficerMerv leads the Head Office Marketing Team and works with our markets worldwide to drive brand awareness, sales growth, and to share the story of Gallagher Security’s award-winning technology. He brings a wealth of experience to the team, having held marketing leadership roles within global brands and creative agencies.
Kylie Morgan
Executive Business PartnerKylie provides invaluable support to the global Gallagher Security Executive Team with her deep understanding of our business and relationships with regional teams. She has a background in business management, HR, and employment relations.
