Joining forces for the first time on a large mining project in Queensland signaled the start of what has become one of Gallagher Australia’s strongest partnerships.

Over the course of the partnership there have been many project highlights, however two have stood as true success stories. For Scott it was working together on the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) project in Canberra, which he hails as a hallmark of the early days of the partnership. The system is still installed today at ADFA and is currently undergoing an upgrade.
For Geoff, the implementation of the Training and Access Management System (TAMS) into a mining operation in the Bowen Basin remains a standout.
He says, “This project significantly improved site safety and compliance. Despite the complexity of the project, the strength of our partnership allowed us to successfully navigate challenges, ensuring a seamless outcome that exceeded customer expectations.”
However, it’s during some of the more challenging moments that the strength of Gallagher and ADT’s partnership has really shone. Scott credits the high-trust and confidence that both parties have in one another as key to navigating difficult circumstances, and says they are stronger for it.
