Activating employee badge in Apple Wallet
We’re excited to announce that you can now add your employee badge to Apple Wallet and use your iPhone or Apple Watch to access your workplace with ease. It’s simple, convenient, and secure.
When your employee badge is added to Apple Wallet on your iPhone and Apple Watch, it's stored securely on your device. Apple doesn’t track the spaces you access or when, so your data remains private and protected.
Once your employee badge is added, just hold your iPhone or Apple Watch near the reader to request access – no need to open any apps. It’s that easy!
If you have Gallagher Mobile Connect installed:
Simply open the app and tap the Add to Apple Wallet button. If you have an Apple Watch paired with your iPhone, your employee badge will be added to both devices automatically.
If you don't have Gallagher Mobile Connect installed:
Contact your security team and a request a mobile credential. Once assigned to you, you’ll receive an email invite with instructions to add your employee badge to Apple Wallet.
