Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Gallagher Group Limited (“Gallagher”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is the promoter of this promotion.
2. To be eligible to participate in this promotion, End Users of the Gallagher Command Centre Software (“the End User”) must purchase a New Site Bundle or New Site Bundle Plus that entitles them to receive eight (8) Door Licenses (“the Starter Kit License”).
3. End users that purchase a New Site Bundle or New Site Bundle Plus will receive free Software Maintenance Services (as defined in the Gallagher Software License and Maintenance Terms and Conditions) provided that the End User does not add any additional Gallagher Command Centre Licenses (“Additional License”) to the Starter Kit License.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, Gallagher will continue to provide free Software Maintenance to the End User until the End User adds any Additional License to the Starter Kit License.
5. Once any Additional License is added to the Starter Kit License., Gallagher will continue to provide free Software Maintenance for a further period of six (6) months from the date the Additional License was added to the Starter Kit License (“Free Software Expiration Date”).  From the Free Software Expiration Date, the End User will be responsible to pay for Software Maintenance if they choose to continue to receive Software Maintenance.  The Software Maintenance Terms and Conditions as noted in the Gallagher Software License and Maintenance Terms and Conditions will apply.
6. If a dispute arises concerning any aspect of the promotion (including eligibility), Gallagher’s decision will be final.
7. Any cost associated with the purchase of the Starter Kit License is the End User’s responsibility.
8. Gallagher reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the giveaway and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9. Failure by Gallagher to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
11. By participating in the promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
