Gallagher Security invests in leadership and technical expertise to drive growth in India

Chennai, India - Gallagher Security has announced the appointment of Manikandan Damodaran and Harikrishnan Pillai to its India team, reinforcing the company’s commitment to continued growth and to delivering strong outcomes for Indian End Users and Channel Partners.

Deneshkumar V, General Manager – India, says these appointments reflect Gallagher Security’s ongoing investment in the region, strengthening both technical capability and sales leadership to support increasing market demand and expanding partner networks across India.

Manikandan Damodaran has joined Gallagher Security as Head of Sales, a newly created senior leadership role, established to support the company’s ongoing business growth and market expansion in India.

“Manikandan will be responsible for driving business development across regional and vertical segments,” says Denesh.

“His day-to-day responsibilities will include strategic planning, sales execution oversight, and partner and consultant engagement. Manikandan’s priorities will include leveraging his extensive professional network to open new opportunities, strengthening collaboration with existing and new partners, and driving consistent pipeline growth across India.”

Manikandan says joining Gallagher is an opportunity to be a part of a strong and dynamic team that is redefining security through innovation and intelligence.

Alongside this appointment, Harikrishnan Pillai has joined Gallagher Security as Senior Technical Account Executive, based in Chennai.

“His role further strengthens Gallagher’s technical support structure as the business continues to grow. Harikrishnan will focus on partner management, technical support, and sales engagement, working closely with internal teams, Channel Partners, and End Users,” says Denesh.

With over five years’ experience in the biometrics and electronic security industry, Harikrishnan brings strong expertise in access control systems, time and attendance solutions, and technical sales support. Denesh says this is boosted by Harikrishnan’s background in customer support excellence, technical solution design, and stakeholder coordination.
