Gallagher Security's QuickSwitch solution is the recipient of the Readers' Award in the Access Control category at the 2025 International Security Buyer awards.

MONTREAL, CANADA – Award-winning global security leader, Gallagher, is excited to announce that Nour Muqatash has joined the team as a Technical Business Development Manager. She brings 16 years of technical experience to the role along with a passion for the Gallagher brand.
Nour, with her background in electronic engineering, began her career integrating many low-current solutions before landing in the security industry and has held various technical and managerial roles, most recently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for iMotion Security, demonstrating her depth of knowledge and expertise. Nour says she jumped at the chance to join the team due to her previous experience as a Gallagher integrator and End User where she was both impressed and inspired by the solutions.
“I’ve worked with a lot of big security brands over the years, and the only one that’s really captured my eye was Gallagher. I believe in this brand and the integration level we can offer clients,” she says enthusiastically.
Adelaine Orpin, Director of Sales – US West and Canada, sees Nour’s appointment as a boon to both Gallagher and customers throughout Canada. “Many of us on the Gallagher team have had the pleasure to see Nour in action in past, so we know firsthand the level of professionalism and technical expertise she’s bringing to this role. I can’t wait to see what she accomplishes as she settles in and gets started!”
But that settling in period is likely to be brief, as Nour says she’s eager to dig in and get busy.
"Gallagher can do things others in the industry can’t,” she says. “Gallagher never failed me when I was an integrator, so I'm excited to showcase the solutions I fell in love with because I know what they’re capable of, and I’m confident I can help others fall in love with them, too.”
