NEW ZEALAND – Global security manufacturer, Gallagher Security, is excited to welcome Emma Gibson to the role of Sales Manager for the Lower North Island region.
With more than 20 years’ experience in sales and account management, and a further three years in the security industry, Emma brings a wealth of skills, knowledge, and fresh perspective to the team.
On joining Gallagher Emma says, “I've been working with Channel Partners for the last three years and have completed some quite large projects involving Gallagher’s solutions, so I have had a lot of contact with the company over those years. I always saw Gallagher as being a very professional company that was progressive, innovative, and evolving all the time to keep up with the market.”
“I’m joining the company at a time when there are some great improvements to controllers, mobile apps, cloud expansion, and in heightened security on the high security side of things. There's some really exciting stuff going on,” continues Emma.
Stepping into the role on 1 May, Emma’s appointment brings the Lower North Island resources up to full capacity, enabling the team to provide enhanced support for Channel Partners, End Users, Consultants, and Technology Partners.
Gallagher Security, Regional Manager New Zealand, Brad Small, says, “We are delighted to welcome Emma to the team, her extensive background will undoubtedly elevate our service level in the Lower North Island region for partners and End Users alike. We have a great mix of Channel Partners who serve our many Gallagher End Users thoroughly, Emma’s appointment will only supercharge that support.”
Focused on building strong partnerships, Emma looks forward to engaging with partners and End Users in the coming months, fostering collaborative relationships, and mutual growth. “The value is getting in front of people and having that one-on-one contact. This means understanding their business, their thoughts, desires, and plans for their future security needs. I'm a firm believer in listening, I don’t tell people what to do but instead focus on listening and growing organically,” she says.
"Emma is not only going to champion Gallagher; she's going to use her incredible experience to help our partners grasp the vast array of solutions we offer to tackle real business challenges," adds Brad. "What really set Emma apart was her great personality fit.
