CANTON, GA — Gallagher Security has entered a new strategic partnership with Thrive Logic AI exclusive to the United States, marking a significant step forward in the evolution of intelligent, integrated security.
The collaboration brings together Gallagher’s Command Centre platform with Thrive Logic’s advanced agentic AI agents, including VARCA (Visual Audio Response & Command Agent), visual language models, advanced computer vision, and LLMs. Designed to deliver intelligent security operations across enterprise environments, Thrive’s Agentic platform enables organizations to move beyond reactive security toward more proactive, insight-led risk management.
The partnership is focused on delivering stronger outcomes for end users, enabling security teams to better understand risk, respond with greater speed and confidence, and operate more efficiently across increasingly complex environments. Thrive Logic’s AI agents integrate with Gallagher Command Centre by ingesting system data such as access zones, doors, and events into the Thrive user interface to establish real-time situational context. Using video analytics and correlated Command Centre data, Thrive Logic’s solutions detect security-relevant scenarios and evaluate them against human defined policies and training.
When an AI agent has been explicitly trained and authorized to take action - such as automatically locking a door in response to a detected event - VARCA executes that action within Command Centre, which remains the system of record for access control execution. Command Centre does not initiate or control actions within Thrive, and all autonomous actions originate from Thrive following human-taught decision logic and approval frameworks.
Matt Butts, Executive Vice President – the Americas at Gallagher Security, said the partnership reflects a continued focus on delivering meaningful innovation that directly supports customer needs.
“Security is no longer just about controlling access or responding to alarms, it’s about understanding what’s happening across your environment and acting on it with confidence,” said Matt. “By combining Gallagher’s Command Centre with Thrive Logic’s AI capabilities, we’re giving our customers deeper insight into their operations and the ability to respond to risk in a more proactive and coordinated way. It’s a natural extension of our commitment to helping organizations protect what matters most.”
On partnering with Gallagher, Thrive Logic CEO Nate Green said, “Gallagher has built a strong reputation for delivering trusted, high-quality security solutions that organizations rely on every day. What makes this partnership compelling is how naturally our technologies and philosophies align.”
“At Thrive Logic, our mission has always been to help organizations move beyond reactive security toward a more proactive, intelligence-led approach to managing risk. By combining Gallagher’s Command Centre with our AI-driven platform, we’re enabling customers to better understand what’s happening across their environments and respond with greater clarity and confidence.
Together, we’re helping organizations simplify complexity, reduce operational burden, and take a more coordinated, forward-looking approach to security.”
Through the integration, organizations can gain a more complete view of their security environment, where access events, perimeter activity, video, and operational data are brought together and contextualized through AI-driven intelligence, leveraging Thrive Logic’s AI agents.
This empowers organizations to:
• Detect threats before they escalate through predictive (“left-of-bang”) intelligence
• Correlate data across access control, video, IoT sensors, and operational systems in real time
• Automate response workflows including alerts, lockdowns, incident reporting and escalation protocols
• Reduce reliance on manual monitoring while improving response speed and accuracy
The partnership also strengthens the connection between access control and perimeter security. By bringing these together within a single, intelligent platform, organizations can move from isolated alerts to coordinated responses, whether that’s initiating lockdown procedures, alerting personnel, or escalating incidents automatically based on real-time risk.
Natalie Bannon, Director of Strategic Alliances at Gallagher Security, said the collaboration reflects the growing importance of connected ecosystems in modern security strategies.
“Our customers are looking for solutions that not only integrate, but truly work together to deliver better outcomes,” said Natalie. “This partnership with Thrive Logic is about enhancing the value of the Gallagher platform, bringing additional intelligence that helps our customers simplify operations and reduce noise. It’s about making security more intuitive, more connected, and ultimately more effective.”
A key benefit of the joint solution is its ability to reduce the operational burden on security teams. By filtering out false alarms, surfacing the most relevant events, and supporting more automated, coordinated responses, organizations can shift from constantly reacting to incidents to managing risk in a more strategic and controlled way. In addition to improving operational performance, the joint solution supports compliance with evolving standards, strengthening organizations’ defensibility.
The result is a unified approach to security, one where systems don’t just record events, but actively contribute to better outcomes. For organizations operating across critical infrastructure, enterprise, and high-security environments, this means greater situational awareness, improved efficiency, and a measurable reduction in risk. Together, Gallagher and Thrive Logic are enabling organizations to move from reactive monitoring to predictive, real-time operational control.
The joint solution was showcased for the first time at ISC West 2026, where attendees experienced how AI-driven intelligence can enhance Gallagher’s Command Centre platform in real-world scenarios.
