Johannesburg, South Africa – Gallagher Security Africa has successfully concluded its third annual Johannesburg Networking Showcase, bringing together End Users, Channel Partners, Technology Partners and industry leaders for two days focused on connection and innovation.
The event attracted over 220 attendees, all eager to explore integrated security solutions while building meaningful industry relationships.
Morne Grobler, General Manager – Africa at Gallagher Security, said the success of the event reflects the importance of collaboration within the security industry.
Now in its third year, Morne says the Johannesburg Networking Showcase continues to grow in scale and impact, reinforcing Gallagher Security’s commitment to innovation, partnership and strengthening the security community across Africa.
“Our annual Johannesburg Networking Showcase is designed to bring the wider security together to foster genuine connections and conversations that drive the industry forward,” says Morne.
“The strong attendance this year and the positive feedback from our partners and End Users reinforces the importance of collaboration in delivering security solutions that truly make a difference.”
Visitors experienced live demonstrations of Gallagher’s perimeter and access control products and solutions, including the award-winning Command Centre, Controller 7000, QuickSwitch, and perimeter security solutions, showcasing how integrated technologies can deliver smart and effective security outcomes.
The showcase also highlighted a strong partner ecosystem, with Cathexis, Geutebrueck, IDEMIA, Kenai, SALTO, Traka, Techring, and Gallagher Animal Management on site, demonstrating solutions spanning video management, identity and biometrics, and access control.
“We’re seeing particularly strong demand across Africa for unified security platforms that bring access control, perimeter security, and video management together,” says Morne.
“Mobile credentials, cyber-resilient security architecture, and solutions that simplify the migration from legacy systems continue to resonate strongly with Channel Partners and End Users. There was also significant interest in identity management and biometric solutions, particularly within critical infrastructure, mining, logistics and commercial sectors, where organisations are focused on improving both security and operational efficiency.”
The event received overwhelmingly positive feedback, with attendees enjoying the opportunity to connect with the Gallagher team, engage in meaningful conversations and build valuable industry relationships.
