Here’s a few things to check off when extending SecureStart to new customers:
✔ New Customer Site; Net New Logo, not previously quoted for Gallagher
✔ Command Centre Base License1
✔ Add door licenses as needed
✔ 2nd Year SMA Quoted
✔ Include SecureStart code First90 on your Purchase Order (PO)
✔ Submit POs within 90-day window2

SecureStart Terms & Conditions
SecureStart is applicable for any net new customer and is inclusive of unlimited free readers and a 10-year warranty with an active SMA. SecureStart is valid for 90-days as a newly onboarded Channel Partner. To activate SecureStart and begin the 90-day window, a demo kit and training bundle PO must be received

Full Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply when extending SecureStart:
- Channel Partners may extend SecureStart within the first 90-days of the Channel Partner contract activation date with Gallagher.
- Channel Partners may extend SecureStart to net new customers sites only. Previously quoted projects do not apply.
- Applicable readers to quote include the T Series 10, 11, 12, 15 models only. See below for complete list of included readers.
- Purchase Order's (PO’s) must include a Base Command Centre License (C201311), which covers up to 16 doors and the first year SMA. Any installation of more than 16 doors requires additional door licensing.
- PO’s must include 2nd year SMA and the SMA must remain active for the duration of the 10-year warranty to apply.
- PO’s must be received within the 90-day window.
- PO’s must ship by the 120th day.
- PO’s must include code First90 in the notes.
- All PO’s need to be submitted to orders.usa@security.gallagher.com
- Project registration required. Contact your Gallagher Representative for instructions.
- Channel Partner must fulfill the following Gallagher Security contract requirements within the first 90-days: training & certification completed; demo kit purchased and/or hardware installation at partner’s facility.
