Gallagher Chiefs Competition Terms & Conditions

Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions:

• This competition is being conducted by Gallagher Group Ltd. in partnership with Chiefs Rugby Club

• This competition is for corporate lounge tickets to the Chiefs at FMG Stadium Waikato on Saturday 21 May 2022.  The competition will be open for entry until 13 May 2022 at 10am. A winner will be drawn by end of that day.

• Entry is open to entrants 18+.

• The winner will be notified using the details supplied with the entry submission. All communication will be made using details supplied with entry submission. If there is no response after reasonable attempts the entry will be deemed void and someone may be selected in their place.

• The winner will be contacted within 24 hours of prize drawn.

• The winner agrees to be filmed & photographed for marketing purposes. Images and footage may be used by Gallagher Group Ltd. and Chiefs Rugby Club  

• The judge’s decision regarding the prize winner and any other matter relating to this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Entrant details (other than the winner’s name and company name) will remain confidential and will not be made available to the public or any third party except in accordance with these terms.

• Gallagher Group Ltd. collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to relevant third parties. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Chiefs Rugby Club and Gallagher Group Ltd may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.

• All entries become the property of Chiefs Rugby Club and Gallagher Group Ltd and all information will be collected, stored, disclosed and corrected in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.  Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to Chiefs Rugby Club.

• Entry is only open to people residing in New Zealand.

• In no way is this competition endorsed by Facebook.

• This prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and is only valid for use at the Chiefs v Force match (21 May 2022).

• Gallagher Group Ltd and Chiefs Rugby Club are not responsible or liable for lost, misdirected or incomplete entries.

• The promoter is Chiefs Rugby Club and Gallagher Group Ltd.

• Employees of Chiefs Rugby Club and Gallagher Group Ltd, their affiliates, agencies and immediate families are ineligible to enter.

• Chiefs Rugby Club and Gallagher Group Ltd reserve the right to revoke the prize at any time if it is determined that the winner has breached any of these terms and conditions.

• The winner/s must arrange and cover any costs associated with transport to the venue.
