Gallagher Security's Melissa Vidakovic, Director of Marketing - the Americas, has been named among the honorees in SIA's Women in Security Forum Power 100.

DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES – Gallagher Security is proud to announce the promotion of Khodor Habbouche to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Middle East.
Stepping into the role on August 1, Khodor will be responsible for the company’s daily operations and instrumental in driving strategic initiatives in the region to enhance operational efficiency and growth.
Since joining Gallagher Security in 2012, Khodor has served in various roles, most recently as Sales Manager Middle East and North Africa. He brings to the role extensive industry experience, a deep understanding of the needs of End Users and the intricacies of doing business in the region.
“The Middle East is an exciting and dynamic place to be. As a region it is progressive, committed to innovation and exploring new ways of doing business, living, and utilising the unique environment on which it sits,” says Khodor.
He adds, “There is constant growth and expansion here which is both energising and exciting. The region has a number of ambitious projects both underway and in the pipeline, and the trajectory at which these are coming to fruition is encouraging”.

As COO, Khodor will be responsible for streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and ensuring that the company remains agile and responsive to market demands. He will also play a critical role in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the organisation.
Khodor says, “I am honoured to take on this new role and look forward to working closely with our talented team to drive Gallagher Security’s mission forward. Together we will continue to build on our successes and explore new opportunities for growth.”
Gallagher Security has built a strong presence in the Middle East over the past 18 years, securing more than 31,000 doors, protecting over 200km of perimeter for over 750 customers across 14 different countries.
The company currently has a team of 14, with offices in Dubai and Lebanon and is expanding its footprint further, with the opening of a third office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia later this year.
