New Feature – Custom URL Support

We’re excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to request a customized URL for your Command Centre Web client, helping your organization provide a more familiar experience for operators.

What is a Custom URL?

A Custom URL is a unique web address you can use to access Command Centre Web. This can either be:

• A Gallagher-managed subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.ccweb-au.gallagher.com or yourcompany.ccweb-us.gallagher.com), or 
• Your organisation’s own domain (e.g. ccweb.yourcompany.com)

This flexibility means operators can more easily identify and trust the site they’re logging into, while also ensuring alignment with your organisation’s branding and IT policies.

How to request a Custom URL:

1. Contact your Gallagher Channel Partner
   Get in touch with your Gallagher Channel Partner, who will help initiate the process.
   
   
2. Choose your preferred option
   Decide whether to use a Gallagher-managed subdomain or your organisation’s own domain.
   
   
3. Implementation
   Your Channel Partner will work with Gallagher to configure and enable your chosen Custom URL.
